PHS Senior Living: Directions

From the North: Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 80. Bear right, then left onto Dover Road (Route 530 West). Bear right at the fork (3 miles). Go 6 miles past Crestwood Village. At the second light make a left onto Lacey Road. Crestwood Manor is 500 feet on the right.

From the South: Take the Garden State Parkway to exit 81. Follow the signs to the Garden State Parkway South, then get off at exit 80 and follow the directions above.

From the NJ Turnpike: Take NJ Turnpike exit 8 around and off the ramp. At the first left (Davidson Street) make a left and continue on Davidson Street to the dead end. Turn left onto Ward Avenue and follow it around and across Etra Road right into the Meadow Lakes entrance.

From the Shore Area: Take Route 195 to the Allentown/East Windsor exit (Route 539). Pass over the NJ Turnpike. Go past the Peddie School golf course. Take the second right (Route 571) to Etra Road. Meadow Lakes is ¼ mile on the right go down to the third entrance.

From Route 130 and Turnpike Exit 8A: Take Forsgate Drive (Route 32 East) towards Jamesburg. At the light at the crest of the hill turn right onto Jamesburg/Half Acre Road (Route 615). Monroe Village is about ½ mile down on the right.

From the Shore Area: Take the Garden State Parkway to exit 100B. Follow the signs to Freehold (Route 33 West). At Perrineville Road (Lobster Shanty) make a right toward Cranbury. After 4 ½ miles, turn left onto Prospect Plains Road. After two blocks, turn right (at Mobil Station) onto Half Acre Road.

From Garden State Parkway North: Take the Parkway south to exit 109. At the light make a left onto 520 East and go 4 lights. As you approach the 4th light stay in the left lane (Broad Street) and make a left turn over the railroad tracks. At the fork in the road, keep to the left and see signs for 35 North. At the third light after the fork, make a left onto West Front Street and keep to the right at the fork. The signs will still say 35 North, but at this point you are on Riverside Avenue. Navesink Harbor is the 2nd high-rise building on the right.

From Garden State Parkway South: Take the Parkway north to exit 109. Proceed straight ahead onto 520 East and travel for 4 lights. As you approach the 4th light stay in the left lane (Broad Street) and make a left turn over the railroad tracks. At the fork in the road, keep to the left and see signs for 35 North. At the third light after the fork, make a left onto West Front Street and keep to the right at the fork. The signs will still say 35 North, but at this point you are on Riverside Avenue. Navesink Harbor is the 2nd high-rise building on the right.

From Route 206 North/Princeton: Travel north toward the center of Princeton. At the traffic light where Routes 27 and 206 North meet, bear left to continue on 206 North. Travel on 206 North for about six miles, passing through the intersection of 206 and Route 518. About ¾ mile further, turn right onto Montgomery Road (the sign for the Montgomery Center for the Arts will be on the right). Stonebridge at Montgomery will be about ¼ mile on the left.

From Route 206 South/Somerville: Travel through the intersection of Route 206 and Orchard Road (Convatech on corner). About ¼ mile further, turn left onto Montgomery Road. (the sign for the Montgomery Center for the Arts will be on the left). Stonebridge at Montgomery will be about ¼ mile on the left.
